Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Logain (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Logain is a GitHub App that analyzes commit metadata to detect AI tool usage in repositories. It provides dashboards and analytics for individual developers and teams.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract data beyond your own repositories
• —Abuse the API or create excessive load on our infrastructure
• —Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Billing

The Free plan is available at no cost. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@logain.app.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and code belonging to Logain remain our property. Your repository data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your commit metadata solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logain shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or via the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
